Oneself reached out to me and invited me for an interview. I spoke with a very friendly HR Assistant. The call lasted a few minutes, it was the preliminary interview. Next day I went to their office. Once there I didn't really know what to make of it. The office looked quite poor and unprofessional. The HR manager was handing out forms to fill in, where they asked about previous salaries and if the applicant had a working vehicle. The interview was conducted by a young associate, who clearly didn't know much how to interview candidates. Basically, they do direct sales for CenturyLink.

The process was very fast. First, I came in for a 15 minute interview during which I spoke directly to the CEO. It was a pleasant interview, but extremely short. Then I was called back the next day to come in for a longer interview and was greeted by one of their current account managers who took me to a coffee shop that was inside a grocery store and about a 5 minute drive away. I saw they had a coffee shop next door and wondered, "why the drive?". Then I filled out a questionnaire upon returning from my meeting that asked me to answer questions about the interviewer and my impressions of her as well as about the information the Account Manager told me about the company and the difference between different marketing styles, such as direct and indirect marketing. I did not take the offer, because I was looking for a salary position and they offer a weekly stipend with commission. They told me that if I got the position, I would have to do a drug test.
