4-5 rounds. Grammar test of 50 easy question, wondering test, pschometric test ( EASY) , Verasant Test, Essay writing, Audit Report Writing, Hiring Manager Interview. The whole process took place in 2 different venue which is very bad. Nobody expects such kind of role. The managerial round was point blank , but probably manager would hai his relatives to select for the role , so I had to give a petty reason for not selecting.Waste of one day.

The first round of the interview was a telephonic conversation with the recruiter from the HR team, consisting of basic questions on work history, education and reason for the proposed job shift. The second round was a technical session, in person, with an internal audit Manager, who primarily asked about the audit planning and reporting roles in my previous job. The final technical round was a telephonic conversation with the internal audit Director from the corporate HQ (USA) who explained the offshore audit model at the company and asked what would be the ideal way to plan audit fieldwork in such an environment. After this, there were two discussions with the recruiter regarding salary, and the offer letter was rolled out.

Aptitude (English Grammar Test) of Thirty Min. followed by Interview Session with HR and after that hopefully Interview session with the reporting authorities.
Fail to understand whats English Grammar got to do with Audit after all its not an Interview for Voice Call Process.
I read reviews of the company on Glassdoor w.r.t. HR Dept. before I went for Interview and found them to be true. They really need to improve on their Inter Personal Skills and how to treat Interview Candidates.
After collecting out aptitude test paper. They informed all the candidates that they would call back for further rounds that would be scheduled on some weekday, this really frustrated a lot of candidates. U cannot test someone knowledge about his field just based on some English Grammar Test. with out even asking him a single qts.
