A friend of mine who works for the company suggested that I apply, and recommended this company highly. I sent in my resume and was invited to schedule an interview less than a week later. I met with the CEO and two of his upper level administrators, they were all very down to Earth, friendly people with an obvious focus on their corporate culture and team mentality. I was impressed with their friendliness, focus on employee development and the trajectory of this company to date. It is obvious that the management of this company knows what they are looking for, and is focused enough to pursue candidates in a timely manner.
