One phone interview with in house company recruiter and then an in person at location (w/franchise principle) after sitting in on a free seminar as a prospect would. Next the principle wanted me to meet the other members of the sales team in order to ensure that the hire was a group decision.

I was invited to watch a class and participate and giving my opinion on who would sign up to take the class. I was given the job and then 2 weeks passes and I dont hear back from them, and when i call in they tell me they went with someone else, that person didnt work out, so they called me back again, tell me i have the job and then they do the same thing again tell me that i will have my paperwork back so i can start working for them and they dont hire me a second time, i call in to see where the paperwork is and they tell me they found another employee.

The person on the phone sounded annoyed, slurring and rushing through her pre-typed statements as she was explaining the position like she was tired of doing it. She sounded as if she did not want to be there or interviewing people. The interview questions were very standard questions.
