Had a 45-minute phone interview. Basic questions about my past experiences and qualifications. Some explanation of the company, etc. I was told I'd hear more the next day for a follow-up interview, however, never heard back from anyone and email was not responded to, either. I feel like if you're going to spend time interviewing a candidate via phone, and say you'll be in touch about a second interview, you can actually follow up (even if it is a no).
