The interview was online over Teams with both technical and behavioral aspects. The interview had two different managers for the role present with each of them asking different questions around situational, behavioral, and knowledge of supply chain.

Applied online and got an email for an interview. Meeting was with hiring manager and HR. Standard interview with behavioural questions that can be answered with STAR. Meeting was ~30 minutes long.

Interview was a very interrogative, non-collaborative experience. Interviewers did not look at the camera once, as though they didn't even bother to look at me. Felt unvalued and like an inconvenience.
