4. Organization and time management
Second half: Word and Excel test
Excel test included formulas, formatting, pivot table, charts. Word test asked to write a paragraph to a question.

The whole process was really straight forward actually. They were really quick with the communications and didn't keep me waiting! The interview was 2 stages, first one being an excel and written assessment which was proctored and required screen sharing. The actual interview was 30 mins panel style interview with 2 managers from different ministries. Normal behavioral questions.

very comfortable, all the supervisors are kind, and the job is amazing. ensure to get fully prepared for the behavioural questions, they are not hard but need details. Questions are common asked questions, and there was a skill test on microsoft and excel
