I interviewed both with the recruiter (screening) and the CTO/Cofounder for a VP of Product Management role. The process was fast. I leveraged two people in my network to help get my resume to the Recruiting team quickly. Within a few days I'd spoken with the recruiter, and within 2 weeks had a call with the CTO who was in India. Interview experience was good, and I kept in touch with the recruiters as I applied for a couple of additional positions. The conversation with the CTO was also good, however, I got the feeling like some of my ideas didn't align with where he wanted the company to go. Not 100% sure.
