2 stage process, 1 teams & 1 face to face. Both interviews quite relaxed with technical questions asked. After interview was advised I'd hear with next couple of days followed by silence for 2 weeks where I was told they want to offer me the role but an internal candidate has shown interest so needed to interview for fairness. Another 2 weeks of being told still waiting for internal process to complete to then being ghosted without any feedback in any shape or form. Unfortunately they were readvertising the role after telling me they wanted to offer the role so feel they're very dishonest with communication skills lacking especially after stringing candidates along.
