Short and Simple, Phone screen, in person, hired on the spot. Super easy questions, surprisingly the computer/technology test was the most difficult. Other than that if you can read at High-School level you should be able to not screw this great opportunity up.

Typical interview where the recruiter asked basic interview questions like: What professional accomplishment are you most proud of, what is a challenge that you've faced, etc. b. You read from a sample script that is supposedly pretty similar to the actual script the CSRs read from. c. Basic tech assessment test. This lasts about 10 minutes and is done on a computer. Pretty easy. d. The most useful part of the interview--you sit down with a CSR and get to listen in on a call and ask him/her questions later e. Benefits interview--you sit down with an HR rep and get to ask them about the benefits package.
