Typically they will do a phone interview then bring you in to talk with Mary. She will talk to you for 45 minutes and dominate the conversation. Will hardly ask you any questions, will put pressure on you.

Colloquio
Started with an hour long group interview with one of the VP's, Mary Brown. Then filled out a 10+ page survey about personality in a work setting, what you were looking for in a job etc. Then met one on one with someone lower in the company to answer more questions all of which could have been answered in an over the email survey prior to the interview. The interview was supposed to start at 2pm and the VP didn't get there until 2:30.
