Recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn. ODE invited me to an online critical thinking/personality assessment, ~45 minutes. Internal recruiter called to discuss culture and expectations and invited me to another assessment. ~30 minutes. Arranged video interview with a director and software architect. Discussion was about company operations, my experience and projects, and a couple of SQL and systems architecture questions to gage my level of expertise. Very quick process, about 2 weeks even with year-end holiday. Everyone was friendly and bright. Salary offer is market rate. Ultimately chose another company that was a better fit.
