I had to submit a cv and cover letter, followed by two rounds of interviews and a one-one chat when I was shortlisted. The whole process took nearly 7 months

I have had 2 interviews. First was with an HR, followed by a panel interview with 3 potential coworkers. The first interview was appointed 6-7 weeks after I sent the application. Both interviews were nice. All the people are great, friendly, they provided all the explanations about the role during the interviews. I was offered to make an analytical test assignment and given 24 hours. After sending the completed test assignment back, it took about 2 months to get a refusal, despite I was sending follow-up emails from time to time. After the refusal, I asked for feedback from all 4 people I communicated with. No feedback is provided a month after the refusal (and counting). I still would be happy to know what could be improved upon to be more competitive candifdate next time
