During the interview, the hiring manager and I discussed my professional background and prior work experience. We also discussed the current needs for the company due to this open position. I asked about the staff and business structure. We discussed the areas to grow the business and what territory to concentrate on. Three key discussions during the interview process all with hiring manager. When I had an onsite interview I met other staff - to just say hello - there were no additional questions from the staff that I met.
