Had an interview with the CEO, Head of Global Engagement and Head of Global Programmes. It was a nice conversation and had the opportunity to ask questions. The questions were fairly standard and expected. They did not stick to the timelines they gave regarding getting back to me for a response. Also a member of the panel added me and messaged me on LinkedIn, saying that it was lovely to meet me. This did give me false hope and it might have crossed a line. Furthermore, I was told that there would be a second stage interview, but on the rejection email they mentioned that they are moving forward with another candidate, which again left me with questions. I have asked for feedback, but waiting to hear back from them.
