I got contacted by a recruiter in LinkedIn. We scheduled an initial phone call to chat about the details of the position and my interest. My experience is not good though throughout the process.

The recruiter was enthusiastic and supportive throughout the process, showing genuine interest in my background and experience. However, responses were somewhat slow at times, which occasionally made it harder to maintain momentum during the interview process.
