The process is fairly organized, until the final interview. The initial in-person interview consisted of a "quiz" of three questions: FizzBuzz, ERD w/ SQL and Class Diagram. The interview process went downhill in my final technical interview, where the questions led into an awkward encounter with their lead engineer.
