Brief interview on the phone first, followed by second interview within two days, via Zoom with current CX Director (who was leaving on great terms) and Division Head. Interview went well. They were both welcoming - pleasant, attentive, and focused. Clearly wanted to find someone who was a good fit with current team who could hit the ground running.

Informal interview process that entailed meeting with several members of the team from top management down to line employees. They wanted to get a good cross-section of opinion around fit with the company since it has a very diverse base of team members.
