Most unprofessional decline I've ever received for a position. Was told they wanted to offer me the position, but apparently it forced them to decide if they actually wanted this position filled or not. I was told discussions about this had been ongoing for 2 weeks before I even interviewed. The interview process went pretty well otherwise, full day of video interviews and one pair programming challenge. But after what I was told it felt like a complete waste of my time (and their employees time as well)
