The process was long and unprofessional. HR sent me an email to schedule for interview which I replied immediately but did not heard back for a month despite followup. Then after multiple followup finally schedule a time to do HR screening. The screening went well and I was told to come in for an in person interview and details will be sent to me later, which never came. The company already had someone in mind, just going through the process to meet the HR policies and procedures. It is a waste of time. Totally unprofessional.
Very smooth and fast process. The job description was very clear and they seem to move fast if your are the right fit. The questions are mainly around your experience in the field understanding of the B2B tech space and what you'd bring to the table.
Took almost 2 month and after second round no feedback and after serial fallow up got to know restructuring is going on in organisations so it's on hold...No proper way planing and schedule..Just playing with candidates times and hope.
