2) Technical Discussion 2 : Discussions related to the skills mentioned in profile like System Testing , HA Testing , API Testing , API Automation
3)Director Round : Behavioural discussions .

The interview process was fairly standard. It was a meeting with HR to see fit. Then a boardroom style interview with several members of the team and maybe a VP, I can't remember it's been a while. The reason I'm posting is because they extended an offer but never followed up. During the negation phase, after receiving an offer for less than I was currently making, I asked for a slightly higher salary. They said this worried them, said they would call me back and never did. I was never called or emailed to say my offer was rescinded. This was a disappointing way to end an otherwise perfectly pleasant experience.

I had contacted the HR via Linkedin.
After a week I was called for F2F Discussion at EGL Bengaluru.
2 Rounds of Technical Interview.
1 Round of Managerial/HR.
Final Round was Telcon with the PM(US).

Tech 1 was about some programming skills and Testing based concepts. STLC, Defects Cycles, Project Managements Tools, CI/CT.
Tech 2 was more focused on Framework Designing and Automating some scenarios and approach to it.
Rest API Testing and Automation to it.
Some questions were also related to Collections Class, Synchronization and Exceptions.
HR round was quite typical, why I'm looking to switch and salary based negotiations.
Last discussion was with the Manager(US) with whom I'll be working post joining OpenText.
