Der Bewerbungsprozess wurde seitens Opentext sehr professionell geführt, transparente Kommunikation mit dem Recruiting und dem Manager. Ich wusste immer, wo ich im Prozess stand, das feedback erfolgte sehr zeitnah nach den verschiedenen Gesprächsrunden.

One on one with the hiring manager, pre-Covid days. I had a suit and he was casual. 30 minutes. He mentioned I would have failed if hadn't worn a tie! He had a list of questions and it seemed as if they were scripted.
