Make sure you bring a resume with you and ask lots of questions. The hiring process is long and apparently they are looking for people they can form into their own. Not someone with actual knowledge of the industry and what the job is actually doing.

I received email to schedule phone screening with recruiter after applying on OD site. Timely, friendly. Second interview was set up from someone in the Phx- interview was going well, mostly just a get to know you then a role playing question and interview ended. Within 24hrs received email saying they were not moving forward.

The process took about two weeks, they were responsive and easy to approach. The interview was done by a panel of 4 and each had about 30 minutes to interview me.

I applied on LinkedIn and a recruiter called me, but she called and discussed the wrong position as in job descriptions and compensation. Two weeks later another recruiter called me about the right job, and set up my next stage. I had the back to back phone calls, did role playing, and thing went well I thought. Then I never heard back from the second recruiter. I thanked her for the opportunity and didn’t get anything at all in return.
