There was 3 interviews from what I remembered. Very easy going and warm interviewers. Overall, prepare for the interview by having examples of experiences where you’ve faced difficult customers, how you overcome those obstacles, and the most impactful interaction. There will be a role play of 2-3 different situations where something goes wrong and you have to think of your feet to solve it.

It was typical interview experience. Screening, 1 on 1 and Panel interview. It consisted of multiple interviewers all on the same session. It was split up into 30 minute sessions for each person so it seemed a bit long. There also was a written portion to submit so that was unexpected.

Initial recruiter screen took about 20min, role play interview that took about 30min, and then final interview with management team. 3 interviews back to back over a 90 minute period.

Interview was lengthy, multiple parts to it. However, each step was well explained. Tools and resources were given to help prepare for the process. You knew where things were going to head once you were finished with one part of the interview. Everyone was super communicative and super helpful.
