Easy and responsive employer. It took about a month to complete background check and schedule new employee orientation. Employer will drug screen and uses eVerify service. Good training including ethics and diversity.

Submitted and application along with emailing my resume. Received a phone call for a different position than I applied. Once I was interviewed it was very relaxed and casual. There were no set questions which was surprising.
