Applied mid 2022. Got an invitation for interview at around 6pm for the next day at the office. Interview was with owner and HR person. Got a mix of behavioral and technical questions. Job posting did not mentioned 12 hr shifts and needed to be on-call 24/7, I would have preferred knowing this before the interview, additionally a very short notice time to prepare. Would not recommend.
