Didn't have the best interview experience at OppFi. My full interview process was done in about 4 days. During the final interview, one of the interviewers weren't engaged and was reading straight out of a question list. Even with the craziness of a startup, I also wouldn't recommend spending a lot of time of how chaotic things are at the company. In the end, it's been over 2 weeks and have been ghosted at this rate. Would've been great to at least get some feedback after going through a final and spending hours talking to the team.

Tell me a time when you had difficult position to hire for and what was the result.
The interview process was enjoyable from start to finish. Then entire process from application to offer took about 2.5 weeks. My interview consisted of 1 phone screen and 2 onsite interviews. Everyone was friendly and passionate about OppLoans and getting to know me and how I would add value to the organization. I was asked questions that displayed my critical thinking and process creation skills, and really enjoyed being challenged (in a positive way!!) about my skills and expertise around talent acquisition. At the end of the process I felt I had learned more than enough about the roadmap of the position and company to make my decision. It was a refreshing interview experience and the energy within the company is positive and infectious :)
