The recruiter sought me out on LinkedIn asking for time as he thought I was a perfect fit. We scheduled a time and he ghosted me. I understand schedules go awry at times, so I sent a message and a follow-up message and reveived no reply to either. If this is the culture of the company, I dodged a bullet.
