Scheduling and logistics were easy. The interview itself was full of assumptions on Optima's part about a mother having the ability to commit to job, and they were put off by me expressing work/life balance was a must.

Very easy, no preassure, the panel board consisted of 3 members an d they were really nice. They were trying to the interview modd out of preassire and they were very proffessional as well.
