interview was quick and not very insightful, felt very rushed and lacked depth. They did not follow up for more detailed responses or probing into specific experiences. Conversation shifted quickly to logistical details, such as availability, work hours, or salary expectations, rather than exploring the candidate’s skills, qualifications, or fit for the company culture.
