I was initially contacted by a recruiter, then did a Hireview interview, and that was followed by several one on one phone interviews, then finally a group phone interview. I should have asked more detailed questions about benefits before interviewing, since they are very limited, and would have ended the process early.

Detailed technical questions about the product I would be responsible for maintaining, and questions about prior consulting experience. They also are interested in process improvement experience, like ITIL or six sigma.
