Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 3 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Optiver (Atlanta, GA) nel mese di nov 2016
Colloquio
Typical trading firm math test, followed by a behavioral interview, followed by a quantitative/sequences test, followed by a technical interview. Behavioral interview was pretty simple, and what you would expect from a behavioral interview. Technical interview was more challenging, including Fermi questions, mental math, and then some brain teasers, the last of which were the reason why I ended up not getting the offer. They're quick on their feedback and telling you whether or not you'll be continuing in the process.

3rd round: technical interview
4th round: technical interview
5th round: at office
80x8 Test : mental math exercise where I had to solve 80 short arithmetic problems in 8 minutes without using a calculator or paper. The questions are usually simple in structure—typically involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, or division of small numbers

One thing they asked was my experience/what I did for trading. Unfortunately, I had no experience within trading.
