HR contacted me to schedule a phone interview with their hiring manager: it was mostly behavioral, tell me about yourself? why finance? why Optiver?
After a week, HR scheduled a technical phone screening interview: roughly an hour long, half behavioral, half technical (probability and combinatorics).
The interview went well and I was asked for an on-site in Chicago. I spoke with the group managers in Chicago and Amsterdam, questions ranged from behavioral to coding and calculus.
Ask questions not so hard but unprepared. The interview is not so hard but need to prepare very well for leet code data structure questions. I think the experience is below average compared to other companies.

Hr asking some generally questions about my background, my past experience and my current job and my motivation, taking around 20 minutes, then replying to me after about one week later
OA with quick probability questions requiring estimation and cognitive ability games that test memory and reaction speed. First round was betting game with dice and cards. Be ready to build a confidence interval anytime you answer a question.
