Phone screening followed by an onsite interview. The onsite interview was divided into 5 or 6 sessions, including a quick "coffee break", two interviews with managers or team members, and an interview with an executive. The interviews each had an "assessment" component that was designed to test your problem solving skills. The assessment component was relatively easy, however, the particular people who interviewed me seemed very pretentious.
Overall, what made the experience negative was their refusal to provide feedback after telling me I didn't get the position. Refusing to give feedback because it's "company policy" is a lame excuse to be lazy.

Very casual, easy directed questions to gauge that process on issue resolution. Bring you into office to wow you with the office and culture. Dress code was Biz casual, they want you to feel comfortable and welcome vs being grilled.

Had a phone interview and then took a coding test. The phone interview was very well done with a friendly recruiter, and the coding test was not overly difficult- SQL and Python.

Scheduling was very easy. The recruiter responded to my application via email to schedule a phone screening. Within the email a link to the company scheduling portal was provided. I was able to choose from a few dates and times.
The interviewer was prompt and professional. They explained the company history, culture and day to day operations. They were very through. The clearly explained the next steps after the interview: a follow up decision on the phone screen, then an online technical assessment.
I didn't receive an offer so I emailed for feedback. The recruiter did not share any feedback but took the time to respond to my email to wish me well. I believe that is a huge indication of how people focused the culture is.
