straightforward, several stages, quick response times. First screening with HR, then online skills test - python , linux, general tech knowledge, performance tuning. Then technical interview over zoom. Most of questions in online test formulated in a way that it was difficult to understand what is needed. Got more clarification when was interviewed by real people
