First, you have to complete several online assessments. These include: mental arithmatic (80 in 8), finishing number sequences and a variety of 'neuro-assessments'. After getting a sufficient score you are invited for a HR-interview where you will discuss your motivations/ambitions. After this step, there will be a second interview which is of a techinal nature. They will pose you around 3 problems. In my case those were 2 puzzles and 1 estimation question. This is as far as my application went so I am not sure about the next procedures.

Endless online tests with different shapes and forms, they send you links that you complete and you get automatic feedback, no human interaction and no intention to provide feedback which would be useful

Many rounds, including online games, mental math, HR round, and a technical round. Fumbled that one, as unexpected questions regarding options was asked. However, procedure was very smooth and all rounds were completed within 2
a few weeks or so
