HR phone interview with some technical questions. Following this, I was asked to do a 4 hour assessment. Following completion of the assessment, I was told I failed the second question. I was asked to analyse a file. I analysed it and provided the answer. The feedback I received was that I didn't provide follow up from the analysis of the file although I answered the question correctly. Feedback to company - this is an assessment with a time limit. Candidates need to answer the question and move on. When assessing an answer to an assessment, you need to stick to the assessment for the question.
