After about 4 rounds of playing games about fast calculation, logic, memory and Hanoi tower type game, next steps are behavioral and cognitive interview. Behavioral interview is a nice HR interview and Cognitive is an interview with a trader, playing trading games where they assess your taught process and ability for the job.

First round OA with several tests on logic, probability.
Next round of in person bets game with a trader. Need to be focused precise and accurate. Typos are not recoverable

Technical Interview - Probability games on their proprietary assessment platform, require really good mental maths, memorisation, probability knowledge and quick assumptions
