OA that was just logic questions and a ton of brain teasers and minigames and then 15 minute behavioral interview that consisted of standard interview questions. Got rejected after the behavioral.

Online Assessment, followed by standard HR interview, subsequently cognitive test. OA was largely game-based, designed to test speed, mental math and probability skills.
Interview was virtual, first with HR Person, very standard motivation and CV questions, then cognitive interview with a trader.

Four online technical assessments lasting approximately 2hrs 45 mins: a sequences test, a probability test, 9 minigames assessing traits such as logic, memory, reaction time and risk appetite, and a psychometric test.
This was followed by a 45 minute behavioural intererview with a recruiter in which the focus was on competitiveness, drive, ability to work under pressure and appetite for problem solving.
The final round then consisted of two technical interviews lasting approximately 60 mins each, after the second of which I was rejected. A final behavioural interview would have followed. Questions included estimation, probability questions using coins and dice as well as large components based around betting games and tournament brackets where one had to identify arbitrage opportunities or maximise expected payoff.
