There were 6 or 7 interview steps over the course of 2 months. Their career site describes it pretty well. Recruiter was communicative about requirements but because of outages/scheduling the process did take longer than expected. Felt good about all the interviews, but unfortunately did not get an offer at the end. Recruiter mentioned I was in the top 3 of >800 applicants. Have tried to reach back out to see if there were any new roles, but have not gotten anywhere with those conversations.

Just like any ordinary job interview, however, I was too nervous to fully showcase my capabilities. If I had approached it with more confidence and composure, the outcome might have been entirely different. It's a lesson learned—a reminder that sometimes, it's not just about the qualifications on paper but also about the mindset and demeanor we bring to the table.
