I was interviewed by 4 people who were leads or part of the management. I was asked normal questions. It was not very difficult. I was also asked to submit a writing sample after the end od the interview.

After a brief interview with a recruiter, there was a more thorough interview with the hiring manager and three additional team members. The interview included a writing /editing skills assessment and questions that spoke to a candidate's ability to communicate clearly, work well with others, and adapt to change.
Phone interview w/HR recruiter and then hiring manager. After that they said there would be a meeting w/the team. I didn't get that far. See below for advice on what NOT to discuss in your interviews.

They will press you on money and tell you that the salary you are looking for is totally doable and that you're a really strong candidate. They'll keep in touch and keep you "warm" until they find someone cheaper. Then they'll dump you and tell you you're overqualified.
