First phone interview with HR advocate, then if all required details are met then a second 1.1 interview is set up with the department manager or hiring supervisor. A third panel interviews may be set up with other team leadership on a conference call as well. Lastly if you meet all requirements the HR advocate will call you back with a job offer.
