Starts with an initial screening by HR followed by 1-2 rounds of technical interview and then finally a success factor round to gauge company culture fitment. This entire process can take upto two to three weeks and then if found good an offer roll-out can take upto seven to ten days.

The questions were around team handling and mentoring with some scenarios given. There were questions around real life experience that you have around specific scenarios and how you handled it,

It was ok, but the process was too long and included multiple rounds of unnecessary (imo) multiple rounds of interviews> At times, you would go weeks without any updates or check ins from the hiring manager and/or the recruiter.

Several interviews. A total of seven interviews over the course of a month. All interviews were via Teams. Everyone was very nice. Then a formal offer comes and then background check, drug screen etc.

Informal, conversational interview. Questions were mostly focused around past experience and reasons for applying. First round took place virtually. Interviewer gave space to ask and answer questions. A fair amount of time was allocated. Talent Acquisition did not respond to confirm next steps, post interview. I had to seek out this information myself.
