I had to meet with the senior manager and the leadership over 3 separate interviews. I had to present a case on a specific topic to the role and then had to review how the case would be presented in front of the clients.

How would you respond to a difficult client to get them on board?
No written test. They have an assessment to test your skills through mock call. The interview process is one day process and you will know the result for final interview on 2-3 business days
Very short and quick, less than 10 minutes on the phone. Not much was really asked. Just if you have any certifications or experience in the healthcare industry. Leaves you kind of questioning what’s next since you’re rushed off the phone.
