I was interviewing for a Salesforce Consultant role - i got a call from the recruiter for one round of technical interview on Salesforce's low code no code platform especially Field Service. Lasted for 45 mins but the questions were quite thorough, solely to understand my solution designing approach.

Phone interview with a panel of 4 people. 2 directors and 2 architects.
First they called for contract to hire position. They wanted to get me onboard but I refused because they couldn’t provide a timeline on when they would convert. They could not even provide salary range when converted full time.
A month later they called again - this time for full time position. I interviewed again and this time too similar type of questions.
A couple days later they called and wanted to give me an offer.
I asked for 5000 more than what they were willing to offer.
Hiring manager called directly at my cell. Talked me through the benefits of the position, how great the company is and how great the projects are going to be. He said he will do something about the 5000 difference and I will get the offer letter in a week or so.
It’s been 4 weeks, the hiring manager has not answered my calls or replied to my texts. Very very unprofessional, very unethical.
Did not expect this from a large company like this. I’m going to stay away from this company forever!

Long, not very well coordinated otherwise it was good. HR managed it well but Ops initially did not give time. Once I joined the team I understood the challenge ops had.
