Easy process, virtually interview then hired. Second interview was on camera. Was hired for a remote customer care position. Again, this was a very easy process if you have a background in customer care.

Started with a video recorded interview, then a month or so passed and a phone interview was scheduled. Just went over my resume and was asked scenario questions. Then was told would hear back in a couple of days for a decision.
