The phone interview never happened. I received an invitation to select a time, chose an available slot, and then received no confirmation or follow-up. I prepared myself for the call and cleared my schedule for the half hour, but no one called or emailed with any update. I even followed up with the person who invited me and still received no response. Very unprofessional behaviour, especially for a worldwide agency.
