Saw job on CL and applied in February. Called for an interview in April. Met with the CFO only. All the other staff was out of the office at a conference. She kept me waiting 20 minutes. and did not really seem to know how to interview an attorney. The interview was very conversational. Seemed to go well. Was told would hear back from her in a week. Sent my thank you note the same day as the interview. Never heard back one way or the other about the job. I kept tabs on the company they have gone though several attorneys for this job. Which leads me to conclude either it does not pay well or there is no room for advancement. If you interview a candidate for a position at least send a rejection email.
