They reached out to me and sent a quick test with questions about how would I do certain tasks related to the job position (develop content promote services, etc.) and if I had experience in some aspects (digital marketing, interviewing executives, etc). After that they set up an 30 min interview and asked me for consent to record it which I thought was intimidating but accepted anyways (didn't thought I had a choice). I thought I did well in the interview and the interviewer also mentioned that. After that I followed up and they decided to go with a more junior profile than mine. I was excited about the company and the possibilities, but it was disappointed that they decided to go with a more junior profile (or so they said).
