The interview process was in two stages, the first with a member of the 'People Team' and the second with my potential manager. I was asked to completed a simple 'personality' questionnaire. This involved selecting words I felt others would use to describe me, and how I would describe myself. Unlike other interviews I had, the Opus team were very quick to respond, and didn't leave me waiting for weeks like other companies I spoke to. Additionally meetings/interviews were scheduled a few days apart rather than a few weeks.
